What Youll Do- Provide specialized care for neonates in a Level III NICU, including infants < 24-28 weeks gestation
- Manage respiratory support, including ventilator settings and adjustments (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP)
- Administer medications via Pyxis system, including vasopressors, surfactants, and steroids
- Perform and assist with procedures such as arterial lines, central lines, and neonate-specific interventions (e.g., NAS management)
- Document patient care accurately in EPIC
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families using SBAR
- Monitor and support neonates with respiratory distress, glucose regulation, or those post-surgery/cardiac care
- Collaborate with but not limited to NPs, pharmacy, respiratory therapists, and social services
What You Need- Active Ohio RN license
- BLS and NRP certifications
- Proven NICU Level III/IV experience
- Skilled in cardiovascular dysrhythmia management, infection control, and IV therapy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced neonatal environment with excellent teamwork skills
