What Youll Do:- Provide specialized care for neonates in a Level III NICU setting, including those requiring respiratory, cardiac, and surgical interventions
- Administer medications using Pyxis system, including IV vasopressors, surfactants, and steroids
- Manage ventilator settings and respiratory therapies (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP)
- Perform and assist with procedures such as arterial line, central line care, and neonatal abstinence interventions
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team and families via SBAR method
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NP, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, and social services
What You Need:- Current Ohio Registered Nurse license (or eligible for licensure)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required
- Experience in NICU Level III and IV settings preferred
- Strong skills in cardiovascular management, infection control, and IV therapy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced neonatal environment
