Job Description

We are seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in credit and rates products, derivatives life cycle, and front-to-back trade support and a proven ability to ensure accurate trade capture, resolve breaks, and support timely settlement and risk reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day trade support across credit default swaps, credit spread options, interest rate swaps, bonds, loans, and equity options.
• Perform trade capture, affirmation, and confirmation through internal systems and market utilities.
• Investigate and resolve trade, position, and cash breaks with front office, middle office, and operations.
• Support settlements, lifecycle events, and corporate actions for relevant products.
• Monitor daily controls, reconciliations, and exception queues to meet cutoffs and reduce operational risk.
• Collaborate with technology and control partners to remediate issues and enhance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of OTC derivatives and cash products, including CDS, CSOs, IRS, bonds, loans, and equity options.
• Experience with trade lifecycle, confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities across front, middle, and back office.
• 1-3 years of relevant trade support or operations experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with industry utilities and platforms such as MarkitSERV, DTCC, and Bloomberg.
• Exposure to control frameworks, regulatory reporting, and Agile delivery.
