Title: NICE Actimize Administrator
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate: $45.00-50.00/hr on W2/C2C (All Inclusive)

Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
We are seeking a skilled NICE Actimize Administrator/Application Support Engineer with experience in supporting and maintaining Actimize AML and Fraud Management platforms. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Oracle Database and/or Client SQL Server administration, production support, performance tuning, and application deployments within banking and financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support NICE Actimize environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Perform application installations, upgrades, patching, and environment configurations.
- Manage database objects, schema changes, release deployments, and application migrations.
- Monitor database performance, optimize SQL queries, indexing, and system health.
- Troubleshoot application and database issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
- Execute backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and capacity planning activities.
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Middleware, and Application Support teams.
- Ensure platform stability, availability, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop operational documentation, support procedures, and runbooks.
- Support AML, Fraud Detection, Financial Crime Compliance, and Risk Management applications.
Required Skills
- Experience with Oracle Database and/or Client SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience supporting NICE Actimize applications:
- AML
- SAM
- CDD
- CTR
- IFM
- Fraud Management
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL, database administration, and performance tuning knowledge.
- Experience with application deployment, release management, and production support.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
- Understanding of AML, KYC, Fraud Detection, and Financial Crime Compliance processes.
Preferred Skills
- NICE Actimize certifications.
- Experience with Banking and Financial Services domains.
- Knowledge of middleware technologies such as WebLogic, Tomcat, or JBoss.
- Exposure to ITIL processes and incident management tools.
