New Ventures Technology & Innovation | Firm Associate Director Strategy, Growth and Transformation
The Associate Director, Strategic Initiatives supports the Strategic Initiatives Leader in advancing NVTI's highest-priority programs, serving as a trusted thought partner and execution backbone across a portfolio that spans product governance, strategic external partnerships, and firm-level cross-functional initiatives.
The role requires substantive understanding of product strategy and lifecycle, including familiarity with product governance frameworks, platform-to-product models, and investment prioritization. It also requires the organizational fluency to navigate Deloitte's matrixed environment across businesses, enabling functions, and Global, building credibility and momentum with senior stakeholders without direct authority.
This role is designed for a leader who can move fluidly between strategic framing and operational execution: distilling complexity into clarity, preparing senior-leader decision materials, tracking progress across concurrent workstreams, identifying risks, and proactively course-correcting to sustain pace and quality across the portfolio.
