O2B Kids is part of O2B Early Education, which began in Gainesville, FL, in 1998. Since then, we've expanded across Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Alabama, and Minnesota-with many more locations on the horizon, including several new states.

We're thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new O'Fallon, Illinois location, scheduled for August 2025! In addition, we are also opening a center in Edwardsville, Illinois around the same time. You only need to apply once to be considered for both locations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work Monday - Friday for full time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
• Have fun!
