Position Summary

An internationally recognized Brazilian steakhouse is opening a brand-new restaurant in West Covina, CA, and we're building the Founding Team now!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new restaurant from the very beginning and help create an exceptional guest experience from day one.

We're hiring across both front-of-house and back-of-house positions and are looking for energetic, dependable, hospitality-minded people who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Whether you're an experienced restaurant professional or interested in starting a career in hospitality, you'll have the opportunity to receive paid training, learn from experienced restaurant leaders, and grow with a highly successful international hospitality organization.

• Servers – Hourly + Tip Pool

• Gaucho Chefs – Paid training provided in the preparation and cooking of specialty meats using authentic Brazilian churrasco techniques

• Bartenders

• Hosts / Hostesses

• Dishwashers

• Bussers

• Kitchen Prep

• Dessert Attendants

• Market Table Attendants – Gourmet Salad Bar

• Line & Grill Cooks

What We're Looking For

• A genuine interest in hospitality and providing an outstanding guest experience

• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Dependability and strong attendance

• Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on training

• Ability to communicate and work effectively with teammates, restaurant leadership, and guests

• Restaurant, hospitality, culinary, or customer-service experience is welcomed, but opportunities are available for candidates with varying levels of experience
