Job Title: New Product Introduction Project / Product Manager
Location: Libertyville, IL

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NPI projects from development through commercialization.
• Manage cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory.
• Drive project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Support product transfer, process development, and manufacturing scale-up.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality system requirements.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Strong NPI, product lifecycle, and manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience in FDA/GMP-regulated environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
