We're hiring a New Patient Sales Agent to own our incoming new-patient calls and turn them into booked appointments. This is a sales seat, not a front-desk or supervisor role. Your entire focus is conversion: giving every caller a white-glove experience from hello and turning interest into a scheduled visit.Most of our callers have never used a fee-for-service practice. They're used to handing over an insurance card and paying nothing up front. Because remote team members ramp without in-person support, you'll need both the sales ability and the dental fluency to hit the ground running.
