Job Description
Required Education:

• High school diploma required

Experience, & Skill Requirements

• 2-3+ years of hardware or software support experience in a large enterprise environment

• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software, networking and Active Directory administration

• Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and imaging tools

• Experience supporting end-user workstations

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Windows AutoPilot imaging preferred

Overview:

• We are looking for an Imaging Technician to provide on-site hardware support at the Depot.

Key Accountabilities

• Imaging computers and preparing systems for shipment

• Following established processes and guidelines to ensure consistent and efficient task completion

• Setting up computer workstations

• Demonstrating strong technical aptitude with computer hardware

• Unboxing and setting up monitors, docking stations, and related equipment

• Providing desktop support with solid EUC knowledge, including Windows 11

• Running Windows updates

• Occasionally lifting equipment weighing 20-30 pounds
