Triple Crown Homes is hiring a motivated, polished, and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to represent the builder and guide prospective buyers through the purchase of newly constructed homes. This person will greet visitors, showcase model homes, understand each buyer's needs, and manage the sales process from initial interest through contract execution. This role is ideal for someone who is upbeat, relationship-driven, professional, and excited to help families find the right home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage prospective buyers visiting model homes and sales centers
  • Present home features, floor plans, available communities, and upgrade options
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and provide a high level of customer care throughout the process
  • Understand the buyer's wants, needs, and budget, and recommend suitable homes
  • Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to signed contract
  • Maintain current knowledge of inventory, pricing, promotions, and financing options
  • Coordinate with lenders and internal construction teams
  • Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails using the CRM system
  • Conduct model home tours, community tours, and open house events
  • Track activity and help meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required to communicate with customers)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Active real estate license preferred, but not required
  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience preferred; real estate or new home sales is a plus
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Professional communication and customer-facing demeanor
  • Reliable transportation and required insurance
  • Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications
  • Able to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Knowledge of new construction processes and timelines
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand floor plans
  • Strong follow-up habits and customer service mindset
  • Positive attitude, coachability, and a genuine desire to help buyers through an important life decision

Schedule/Work Environment

  • Based primarily in model homes and sales offices in Ocala
  • Five-day workweek with weekend availability required
  • The role may include Saturdays, holidays, and extended standing.

Pay & Benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 Employment
  • Pay:$45,000 to $55,000 base salary, plus commission and performance-based bonuses (opportunity to earn over $100,000). Total earnings vary based on sales performance
