What You’ll Be Doing
- Create a strong first impression by welcoming every guest with energy and professionalism
- Provide basic information and guide guests to the appropriate resources or sales team
- Support the sales team by helping capture guest information for follow-up
- Keep On The Block clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with light administrative tasks and CRM updates
- Participate in community drives and events
- Ensure every guest receives a 5-star experience

What This Role Requires
- Weekend availability (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
