At Adair Homes, every new customer relationship starts with a conversation. As a New Home Advisor, you'll be the first person prospective customers connect with when they visit our website or call to learn more about building a home.

You don't need homebuilding experience. You don't even need a traditional sales background. If you're great with people, genuinely enjoy helping customers, ask good questions, and know how to follow through, we'd love to talk to you.

We'll teach you the rest.

What Makes This Role Different

• No cold calling. You'll connect with people who have already reached out to Adair Homes or visited our website.
• Real earning potential. Earn $20.42/hour plus bi-weekly commissions, with expected annual earnings of $75,000+.
• A predictable schedule. Regular hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Limited weekend rotation. Work approximately one weekend per month, from home.
• Work-from-home flexibility. In addition to your weekend rotation, you'll have one work-from-home day each week after completing training.
• No homebuilding experience required. We'll teach you our homes, process, and systems.

What You'll Actually Do

When someone reaches out to Adair Homes, you'll help them understand what comes next.

You'll:

• Respond to prospective customers who contact us by phone or through our website
• Ask questions to understand what they're looking for and where they want to build
• Educate customers about Adair Homes, our homebuilding process, floor plans, and locations
• Answer initial questions and help customers feel confident about their next step
• Schedule appointments with the appropriate local Home Ownership Consultant
• Follow up with prospective customers and nurture relationships
• Keep customer information and activity organized in HubSpot CRM
• Create a welcoming, helpful, and professional first experience with Adair Homes

You Could Be Great at This If You:

• Genuinely enjoy talking with and helping people
• Are warm, curious, and comfortable starting conversations
• Communicate confidently by phone, email, and text
• Ask good questions and listen to the answers
• Are organized and great at following through
• Are comfortable learning new technology and systems
• Can work independently while still being a strong teammate

Customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, leasing, appointment setting, or other customer-facing experience could all translate well to this role.
