The University of Tennessee Medical Center (UTMC) invites newly graduated RNs (August-December 2026) to join our Transition to Practice program, a one-year structured program designed to turn your education into confident, skilled professional nursing practice.

Position Qualification:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) candidates will be considered if willing to commit to earning a BSN within 3 years of hire (tuition assistance available).
Current Registered Nurse licensure in Tennessee, valid Multistate RN License, or new graduate with pending NCLEX results.
