NEW CONSTRUCTION INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
LOCATION
Fort Worth, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $17–$25/hour, based on experience
• Full-time with a stable schedule and minimal on-call requirements
• Direct Hire
ROLE IMPACT
Support residential new construction projects by completing accurate, code-compliant installations from rough-in through final installation. This is a hands-on installation position focused on newly built homes and active construction sites, with no service, troubleshooting, or sales responsibilities.
KEY DUTIES
• Install residential systems and equipment in new construction homes according to project requirements.
• Complete rough-in work and final installations using blueprints, layouts, and installation specifications.
• Coordinate with builders, supervisors, and installation crews to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure installations meet applicable safety, quality, and code requirements.
• Maintain an organized jobsite, tools, equipment, and assigned work vehicle.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous hands-on installation, construction, or skilled trades experience required; classroom or trade-school education alone does not replace required field experience.
• Ability to read project plans and safely use basic hand tools, power tools, and ladders; must own and maintain required basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and safely use ladders and power tools.

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, active construction sites, and outdoor conditions year-round.
• Company vehicle provided for work use.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Residential new construction installation experience.
• Trade-school training combined with hands-on field experience.
• Experience reading blueprints, layouts, and construction specifications.
