Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Explain vehicle features, benefits, financing options, warranties, and protection products.
Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and CRM tools.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer programs, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and dealership events.
Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
