Bring your telecommunications infrastructure expertise to a high-impact role that drives new revenue and expands market presence across Tier 2 and Tier 3 providers. In this New Business Development (NBD) Sales Manager opportunity, you’ll own new-account strategy and lead complex sales cycles while partnering closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and executive leadership.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this New Business Development (NBD) Sales Managerposition include:
- 7+ years of B2B business development, direct sales, or sales leadership in telecommunications infrastructure
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities targeting Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new target accounts
- Drive revenue growth through the sales of fiber optic and copper connectivity solutions
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through quoting, contract negotiation, and closing
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain pipeline visibility through CRM tool(s)
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure service delivery aligns with sales promises
- Collaborate with supply chain to support pricing negotiations, secure product availability, and develop strategic partnerships
Salary: $110K–$130K base plus commissions and year-end bonus per year, commensurate with experience.
