    What You'll Do

    As a New Business Coordinator, you'll serve as a trusted operational partner to insurance agents, carrier partners, and internal teams by helping applications move through the process accurately, efficiently, and with a strong service mindset.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and process incoming life insurance applications for accuracy, completeness, and readiness for submission.
    • Partner with agents and their teams to obtain missing information, resolve application issues, and keep cases moving forward.
    • Serve as a professional point of contact through phone and email communication with agents, business partners, and internal teams.
    • Enter, update, and manage application information within proprietary business systems with strong attention to detail.
    • Submit applications and contracting paperwork to insurance carrier partners accurately and on time.
    • Track and calculate recognition points associated with submitted applications.
    • Collaborate with teammates, leadership, and cross-functional departments to improve workflow, service, and business outcomes.
    • Support a high-volume, fast-paced operations environment while maintaining quality, urgency, and professionalism.

    What Makes You a Great Fit

    Required Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of experience in a processing, administrative, operations, or case management environment.
    • Proven ability to meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.
    • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Insurance industry experience.
    • Experience working within a workflow or case management system.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
