    Description

Rapid Medical | Commercial Field Sales | Full-time, field-based in Arizona (preferred home base location of Phoenix)

We're open to receiving candidates across multiple levels for this territory — see "The levels we're hiring for" below.

    About Rapid Medical

Rapid Medical is a commercial-stage neurovascular medical device company on a mission to change how stroke is treated. We engineer the world's first and only active, adjustable thrombectomy technology, giving physicians real-time control as they remove blood clots from the brain during ischemic stroke, and we treat complex aneurysms without permanent implants. Our TIGERTRIEVER and COMANECI platforms are used by leading stroke centers worldwide, and our U.S. commercial team (based in Southlake, TX, with global headquarters in Israel) is growing quickly as we expand access to life-saving stroke care.

When two million brain cells die every minute of a stroke, the work our field team does directly changes patient outcomes. If that mission energizes you, we want to meet you.

The opportunity, and why this posting covers multiple levels

We're expanding our field sales presence in Arizona, and we're genuinely open on the level of the person we hire. Rather than force-fit a single title, we post the territory and let the talent define the level. Depending on your experience and where you are in your career, this territory could be filled as a Sales Specialist, Associate Territory Manager, Territory Manager, or Senior Territory Manager.

This isn't a gotcha. We'd rather see the full range of talent in the market than screen great people out with a title. Early in the interview process we'll be transparent with you about which level (or levels) your background lines up with, and we welcome applicants at every stage of a medical device career, from those building their foundation to seasoned neurovascular reps

What you'll do (the core of the role at every level)

    • Build and grow relationships with neurointerventional physicians, hospital stroke teams, and key accounts across your territory
    • Establish a daily cadence in your accounts through sales calls, case coverage, stroke-call support, and clinical education
    • Provide in-servicing and procedural/clinical support in and around procedure rooms and neuro-suites
    • Identify, qualify, and grow new business, driving adoption of Rapid Medical technologies
    • Partner with your Regional Manager on territory strategy, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews
    • Represent Rapid Medical at society meetings and trade shows
    • Keep accurate activity, case-coverage, and account records

    Requirements:

    How we'll set your level

This is a single hire. We'll set your title, responsibilities, and compensation to your experience — whichever of these fits you best is the one we'll talk about:

Sales Specialist — A clinical and field-support role focused on case coverage, physician education, and account development alongside a Territory Manager. No individual sales quota; success is measured through defined objectives (MBOs) tied to revenue support and clinical education. Typical fit: about 2+ years of medical device experience and comfort in the procedural/hospital environment.

Associate Territory Manager — A developmental, quota-carrying role that partners with a Territory Manager and Regional Manager to grow the territory, with a clear path toward Territory Manager. Typical fit: about 2+ years of medical device sales experience.

Territory Manager — Full ownership of the territory's revenue, quota, and account strategy. Typical fit: 5+ years of medical device sales experience (neurovascular/vascular ideal), with a track record of driving the sales process from plan to close and exceeding targets.

Senior Territory Manager — Our most experienced field role, serving as a peer leader within the region. Typical fit: extensive medical device sales experience, a strong neurovascular background, and demonstrated top-tier quota performance.

What we're looking for (all levels)

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
    • Medical device sales or clinical-support experience (years vary by level, above)
    • Comfort in the hospital/procedural environment and ability to maintain vendor credentialing to hospital standards
    • Strong listening, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
    • A strategic, problem-solving mindset and high self-motivation
    • Valid U.S. driver's license and active auto liability insurance
    • Ability to travel 40–60% within the assigned territory
    • Neurovascular/vascular experience strongly preferred
