We re recruiting a Director of Neurosurgery to lead our expansion on the Virginia Peninsula to cover beautiful Williamsburg, VA and Hampton VA.

Join our team of 8 neurosurgeons. Neurosurgery call will be 6 times a month with APP support

Our experienced neurosurgery team includes fellowship training in Endovascular Neurosurgery, Functional Neurosurgery, Neuro Oncology and Minimally Invasive Spine Neurosurgery.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $759,990.40 - $892,507.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
