What You’ll Do
  • Support neurosurgery teams in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Assist with acute care procedures such as diagnostic taps, surgical care, suturing, EVD placement, lumbar drain, lumbar puncture, ICP monitoring, and complex wound management
  • Provide pre- and post-operative patient care and rounds
  • Document patient interactions and procedures using Epic EMR
  • Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff to ensure quality care
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities (1 weeknight and 1 weekend day per week)

What You Need
  • Active South Carolina license
  • Board Certification in Neurosurgery
  • Prior neurosurgical or surgical experience preferred
  • Strong clinical skills in acute and surgical patient care
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
