Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $129.98/hr

What You’ll Do
Perform inpatient neurosurgery patient care, including rounding with residents and managing plan development
Review patient status and update orders as needed
Assist in discharge planning and coordinate patient care
Manage drains such as Hemovac and JP drains (preferred skill)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Document patient interactions and treatment plans using Epic EMR
Provide patient education and support for adults with neurosurgical needs
What You Need
Valid Massachusetts license and Board Certification in Neurosurgery required
Minimum 1 year neuro-specific nursing experience
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced hospital setting
Strong communication and patient care skills
