    Practice Highlights:
    This comprehensive neurosurgical practice offers the full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient care, including:
    Neurosurgical inpatient consultations
    Acute and elective surgical procedures
    Outpatient clinic caring for both new and established patients
    Case mix is 80% spine, 20% cranial
    Strong collaborative relationships with Emergency Medicine, Neurology Hospitalists, Operating Room teams, and nursing staff
    General neurosurgery call shared 1:4-5
    Approximately 2-3 operating room days per week
    Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider assigned to each neurosurgeon, plus additional APP support at each hospital
    Minimal pediatric neurosurgical cases


    Candidate Qualifications:
    Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
    New graduates are encouraged to apply
    Experienced neurosurgeons are also welcomed
    Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
