QMG seeks a Board Eligible or Board Certified Neurologist to join our team in Quincy, Illinois.

• Team of 3 Neurologists, 1 APP, and support staff
• Strong internal referral network
• Physician input in clinical decisions, scheduling, and staffing
• Epic EMR
• Onsite Imaging Center and Sleep Clinic 

Physician-Led Care

QMG emphasizes collaboration between physicians and operational leaders. Administrative teams manage operations, compliance, and contracting, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation: $350,000 – $425,000
• Total target: $600,000 – $750,000+ with incentives
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, CME allowance
• Paid licensure and certification renewals
• Up to 5 weeks time off and paid holidays
• 401(k) with match and profit sharing

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible/Board Certified 
• Illinois licensed or eligible
