Neurodiagnostic EEG Technology Network Specialist

How you'll make an impact in this role: Systems Integration & Network Architecture: Deploy integrated medical device ecosystems (including Nihon Kohden upgrades, Radman, Citrix, and Pesyst), architect device-to-network integrations, and design secure network segmentation and VLAN strategies. Performance Optimization & Vendor Liaison: Analyze system performance and downtime data to lead root cause analyses, implement maintenance strategies, and serve as the primary technical liaison for vendor contract evaluations and procurement negotiations.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | Weekend on call as needed

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Systems Integration & Network Architecture: Deploy integrated medical device ecosystems (including Nihon Kohden upgrades, Radman, Citrix, and Pesyst), architect device-to-network integrations, and design secure network segmentation and VLAN strategies.
• Equipment Lifecycle Management: Support capital planning, conduct technical risk assessments for new acquisitions, and oversee the installation, validation, and commissioning of complex clinical systems during facility expansions and renovations.
• Cybersecurity & Regulatory Compliance: Partner with IT Security to perform vulnerability assessments, execute remediation for connected devices, maintain documentation for FDA, CMS, and Joint Commission audits, and participate in incident response.
• Performance Optimization & Vendor Liaison: Analyze system performance and downtime data to lead root cause analyses, implement maintenance strategies, and serve as the primary technical liaison for vendor contract evaluations and procurement negotiations.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Electroencephalographic Technician credentialed from the ABRET Neurodiagnostic Credentialing & Accreditation (ABRET) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Certified Electrocardiography Tech specializing in Long Term Monitoring credentialed from the ABRET Neurodiagnostic Credentialing & Accreditation (ABRET) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. 
  • Neuroanalyst Certification Examination In Long Term Monitoring (CLTM) preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need:

• Bachelor's Network Technology, Technology Project Management, or related field and minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinical networking within a hospital or academic medical center
  
• Experience in Neurodiagnostic-focused or high-acuity environments.
• Experience with Epic/Cerner device integration or enterprise middleware platforms.
