Registered Nurse – Neuro ICU
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Neuro ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals requiring specialized neurological monitoring and treatment. Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients with acute and complex neurological conditions
- Perform procedures, monitoring, and interventions as ordered by medical providers
- Accurately document all care and treatments in the medical record in a timely and thorough manner
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and ongoing self-care strategies
- Promote patient and family engagement through clear communication and support
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and individualize patient care plans
- Participate in continuous process improvement and quality initiatives to advance clinical outcomes
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience within the last 3 years (higher-acuity experience strongly preferred; strong Med-Surg RNs will be considered)
- Education: Associate Degree required; BSN preferred
- Licensure:
- Active Florida RN license or Compact State RN license (compact license holders must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation)
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS, AHA) – required within 30 days of hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – required within 90 days of hire

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $30.60 – $45.90 per hour (based on experience)
- Midpoint: $38.25 (approx. 8 years’ experience)
- Shift Differentials:
- Nights: +$4.25/hr
- Weekends: +$3.00/hr
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) / $15,000 (Nights)
- Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
