What Youll Do:- Provide specialized neurocritical care to adult patients in the ICU
- Monitor and manage patients with intracranial pressure, ventilators, and telemetry
- Perform IV starts and other invasive procedures
- Use Epic EHR system to document patient care accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during high-acuity circumstances
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
What You Need:Required:- Valid Ohio RN license
- BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU experience
- Proficiency with IV Starts, Ventilators, Telemetry, and Intracranial Pressure monitoring
- Experience with Epic EHR
Preferred:- Experience with neurology or neurocritical care units
- Ability to work both day and night shifts
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
