Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized care to neuro ICU patients, monitoring neurological status and intracranial pressure
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Manage ventilators and invasive lines, including IVs and intracranial pressure monitors
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system efficiently
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need:

• Valid state license to practice as a registered nurse in Ohio
• Current BCLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA)
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, including neuro ICU preferred
• Experience with telemetry, ventilators, intracranial pressure monitoring, and Epic system
• Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt in fast-paced environment
