Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute End-to-End Testing: Plan, design, and execute test scripts for store-level network architectures, ensuring standard builds operate reliably before deployment.
• Validate Aruba Ecosystems: Perform functional, scalability, and load testing on Aruba Access Points (500/600 series), Aruba Switches (6000/8000 series), and cloud-native management platforms like Aruba Central / AirWave.
• Optimize LAN/WAN Performance: Assess network performance metrics across regional WAN circuits, SD-WAN paths, and local LAN environments to maintain low-latency connections to data centers.
• Simulate Store Traffic: Build network simulations mimicking high-volume retail transactions, testing failure recovery, and verifying fallback capabilities.
• Root Cause Analysis: Troubleshoot configuration, throughput, and performance bugs identified during the staging and validation phases.
• Documentation & Reporting: Author highly detailed high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) testing scripts, test execution maps, and performance evaluation metrics.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on validation experience using Aruba wireless hardware, Mobility Controllers, and ClearPass.
• Comprehensive understanding of LAN switching (VLANs, STP, Link Aggregation) and WAN/SD-WAN routing.
• Experience using physical network validation utilities and packet tracers (e.g., Wireshark, Iperf, Chariot, Spirent, or IXIA).
• Strong fluency with standard enterprise protocols including OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP.
• Familiarity with standard retail configurations, including POS networks, guest Wi-Fi isolation, and merchant processing networks (Nice to have).
