Senior Technical Delivery Manager
8+ years of overall enterprise IT work
Recent experience coordinating AI adoption, automation, analytics, technology pilots, or digital transformation initiatives
5+ delivery years leading teams
5+ years enterprise network operations experience including WAN, LAN, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, wireless infrastructure, and network monitoring
AWS cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud connectivity experience
Technical service delivery, incident management, change management, outage response, risk management, and customer communication experience
Experience leading service restoration, disaster recovery, and continuity of operations
One is required: Security+ CE, CISM, CISSP, CAP, CASP+ CE, GSLC, or CCISO
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered

DUTIES:
Lead onsite technical service delivery for a mission-critical DoD environment
Oversee enterprise network operations and related infrastructure services
Manage WAN and LAN services, routing and switching, firewalls, load balancers, wireless infrastructure, network monitoring, and hybrid cloud connectivity
Coordinate with systems, cloud, cybersecurity, application, data, vendor, and civilian teams
Lead, mentor, onboard, train, and manage technical staff
Manage outages, incidents, network service restoration, COOP, disaster recovery, and escalation activities
Develop and maintain outage procedures, recovery playbooks, incident response plans, and escalation paths
Partner with customer stakeholders to transition approved AI capabilities into secure operational use
Monitor service performance, risks, blockers, deliverables, and customer expectations
Support enterprise modernization and continuous service improvement
