Job Summary Seeking an experienced
Network & Systems Administrator to support Windows servers, networks, infrastructure, applications, and end users. The role focuses on system administration, troubleshooting, upgrades, security, backups, and IT support.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Windows 11, Active Directory, DNS, and PowerShell
- Support LAN/WAN, VMware/Hyper-V, networking, hardware, and software
- Manage patches, backups/restores, software deployments, and upgrades
- Support Microsoft 365, Office, and user onboarding/offboarding
- Monitor and resolve IT issues through JIRA Help Desk
- Support cybersecurity, MFA, antivirus, certificates, and firewalls
- Coordinate vendors, hardware purchases, repairs, and maintenance
- Provide technical support to IT teams and business users
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support for critical issues
