Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, build, and maintain advanced Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts that enable proactive and reactive operational support for enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms. This role directly supports Operations and Support teams within a financial services environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and user experience across critical business tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Splunk Enterprise (search, dashboards, reports, alerts).
• Strong proficiency in SPL (Search Processing Language), including optimization techniques.
• Experience integrating external data sources and APIs into Splunk.
• Hands-on knowledge of Client 365 services and Client Graph APIs.
• Experience supporting Operations and Support monitoring for enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Splunk certifications (Power User, Admin, Architect).
• Experience supporting collaboration platforms at enterprise scale.
• Background in SRE, NOC, or production support environments.
• Prior work experience in the financial industry or a highly regulated environment.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Splunk dashboards, reports, and visualizations aligned with operational and business needs.
• Develop real-time and near-real-time alerts to detect service degradation, outages, and abnormal behavior.
• Partner with Operations and Support teams to define meaningful KPIs, SLIs, and thresholds.
