Introduction
We are seeking a skilled professional to support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Charlotte ATM Lab. The ideal candidate will have experience in software installation and configuration, particularly within a virtual and physical ATM environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Planning, scheduling, and executing software installs and updates
- Proficiency with Software Distribution tools (e.g., SCCM)
- Strong networking skills
- Experience with PowerShell and Python scripting
- Familiarity with Client Horizon Platform
- ATM hardware technician experience
- Basic knowledge of AI Prompt engineering
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Charlotte ATM Lab
- Install, configure, and patch software on Windows systems
- Install ATM software on Virtual and Physical ATM Machines
- Install vulnerability patches to address CVEs on Windows
- Prepare physical ATM hardware for tests and ensure all devices are operative
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and networking/connectivity issues
- Coordinate complicated repairs with on-site technicians
- Initiate scripted software installs to virtual machines and review installations for success/failure
