Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Linux OS internals and operational OS skills
- Expertise in handling overall IT infrastructure scheduled maintenance
- Strong programming skills in Java or Python
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Global Markets Post Trade services
- Good understanding of ITIL methodologies
- Understanding of SRE concepts and hands-on knowledge of using DevOps tools and technologies
- Ability to work directly for Artech on W2
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Azure and AWS cloud exposure
- Exposure to Dynatrace and Splunk
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Good interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple global teams and deliver with minimal mentoring
- Evaluate and analyze existing technology components for improvement
- Provide L3 support during US business hours, including weekend coverage based on rota
- Manage and implement end-to-end Linux-based infrastructure hosting critical core components
- Support and monitor application infrastructure and internal core components
- Proactively address application issues on infrastructures
- Work on tool development, automation, release management, troubleshooting, and capacity DR planning
