Responsibilities: of the Network Support Engineer: Partner with customer IT and infrastructure teams to support onboarding, implementation, and activation of networking and technology solutions. Assist with the deployment, configuration, and support of virtual machine-based collectors, integrations, monitoring tools, and network-related technologies within customer environments. Provide technical guidance related to networking, connectivity, DNS, IP addressing, routing, switching, firewall policies, authentication, and system access requirements. Support cloud-based implementations, API integrations, system migrations, and platform adoption initiatives. Troubleshoot network, infrastructure, and application issues while coordinating resolutions with engineering and support teams. Deliver technical training, end-user guidance, and best practices to ensure successful platform utilization. Document customer network environments, configurations, troubleshooting efforts, and implementation milestones. Qualifications: for the Network Support Engineer: 2+ years of experience in network support, technical support, NOC operations, IT support, systems administration, help desk, or a related technical role. Hands-on experience with networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, firewalls, SSH, SNMP, and virtualized environments. Experience supporting Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, or similar networking technologies is preferred. Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows Server, or other enterprise infrastructure technologies is preferred. Understanding of cybersecurity concepts including vulnerability management, software patching, system hardening, CVEs, and endpoint security. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose network, infrastructure, and connectivity issues. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. CCNA certification or equivalent networking experience is a plus. Compensation: : $28-$35/hr Comprehensive Benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision
