Network Administrator / Security Administrator
We're seeking a Network/Security Administrator to help maintain and secure our network, server, and endpoint infrastructure. You'll work alongside senior IT staff and vendors on daily operations, troubleshooting, security controls, and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain LAN/WAN/wireless/VPN connectivity; configure switches, routers, firewalls, and APs; troubleshoot performance issues and outages; keep network documentation current
- Monitor security alerts, support endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, and patch management; assist with access reviews and incident response
- Manage AD/M365 user accounts; support server maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery; troubleshoot Windows systems
- Support compliance efforts (CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001) and assist with audits, documentation, and security training
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT/CS/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in network administration and/or cybersecurity
- Hands-on Cisco routing/switching/firewall experience
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Trend Vision One or similar EDR/SIEM platforms
- Microsoft 365/Azure and Active Directory proficiency
- Knowledge of CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, or similar frameworks
- PowerShell scripting
