Job Summary
Ready to help shape the flight schedules that connect Customers to their destinations? As a Network Planning Analyst, you will support the analysis, implementation, and communication of changes to Southwest’s published flight schedules, balancing customer experience, operational needs, and business objectives. You will analyze schedule data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations that enhance network performance while minimizing customer impact. In this role, you will implement schedule revisions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring updates are effectively communicated and aligned with operational requirements. Your work will directly influence Southwest’s ability to deliver a reliable, efficient, and customer-friendly schedule while supporting the Company’s financial and operational goals.

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $81,200 per year to $90,200 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
