Required Skills:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer related course.
• The candidate should be able to follow documents and implement/perform the activity accordingly.
• Patching and upgrade experience from any of these technologies is required:
• Fortigate Firewalls
• Cisco ASA
• FMC, FTD and ISE
• Cisco Router/Switch
• Palo Alto / Panorama
• Meraki Devices MR, MS, MX.
• Cisco UC Products - Call Manager, Unity, IM&P, etc.
• VMWare Products
• Server hardware firmware
• · Active interest in learning and maintaining technical skills & knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.
• Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Aptitude to acquire new technology and concepts quickly.
