This position is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, Iowa.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead enterprise inventory optimization and network design strategies that improve service, reduce costs, and maximize working capital across the supply chain.
Develop and maintain inventory policies, replenishment frameworks, and stocking strategies to ensure inventory is positioned effectively across the network.
Analyze end-to-end supply chain flows to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, service levels, and operational performance.
Build and leverage network optimization models and scenario analyses to support strategic business decisions and long-term planning.
Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
Establish governance, standards, and performance metrics that drive consistency, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
Develop dashboards and performance reporting that provide visibility into inventory health, network efficiency, and supply chain performance.
Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities that enhance decision-making, increase efficiency, and support organizational growth.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field required.
7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, network optimization, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience developing inventory and replenishment strategies that improve service levels, reduce costs, and optimize working capital.
Experience utilizing data analysis, modeling, and scenario planning to support supply chain and business decisions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP, business intelligence, and supply chain planning systems.
