Network Ops Engineer

You ll manage day-to-day stability, drive troubleshooting and process improvements, and collaborate across L3 and vendor teams to ensure operational excellence across enterprise and cloud network environments. Support daily network operations including alert monitoring, incident response, and firmware upgrades.

You ll manage day-to-day stability, drive troubleshooting and process improvements, and collaborate across L3 and vendor teams to ensure operational excellence across enterprise and cloud network environments.

What You ll Tackle

Support daily network operations including alert monitoring, incident response, and firmware upgrades

Troubleshoot connectivity and firewall issues across datacenter and hybrid environments

Maintain and update operational runbooks, topology diagrams, and configuration documentation

Implement firewall rule changes and participate in change management reviews

Partner with internal engineering and MSP teams for RCA and continuous improvement

Participate in on-call rotation and assist with off-hours upgrades

What You Bring

8 10 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure

Proficiency in routing/switching, Cisco ACI, and wireless solutions

Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA/Firepower and Checkpoint firewalls (Fortinet preferred)

Skilled with Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Infoblox tools

Strong documentation and process-oriented mindset

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Exposure to RSA, Zscaler, or Riverbed technologies

Familiarity with AWS/Azure network connectivity and Zero Trust frameworks

Experience in financial or enterprise NOC environments

Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, Checkpoint, Fortinet)
