Sales & Operations Support Specialist
Location: Chicago, IL — Hybrid 3 days
Contract: 14 months with possible extension
Pay Range: $35-$40/hr on w2 - without benefits

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of practical experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial support, ideally within Payment Networks or Financial Services.
• 2 years of hands-on experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).
• Practical experience with procurement/contract tools (such as Zip or Oracle) and data platforms (such as Snowflake, Tableau).
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow up assertively and work smoothly across multiple teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Product Strategy, Legal, and Finance.
• Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete inputs, able to take partial information or brief context and execute tasks independently.
• Process-oriented, adaptable, and pragmatic with a structured approach to data cleanup, document maintenance, and contract lifecycle management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM & Data by keeping Salesforce accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate contracts & procurement, submitting and tracking requests through Zip, Oracle, and Salesforce.
• Perform data analysis & reporting using Excel and Google Sheets to validate merchant volume and audit pipelines.
