What We NeedWe are currently looking to hire a Network Operations Center Associate within our SVS division. This position falls under our Technology Operations line of business and is located in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the corporate production WAN/LAN infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations in a 24/7/365 Data Center environment. You will report directly to the IT Operations Manager and collaborate regularly with IT support, engineering, and external clients.How We WorkAs a Network Operations Center Associate, you will be expected to work on-site in a structured shift schedule:
Day shiftRotating weekendsWeekdaysWeekend availability

Role ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:
Monitoring the general health of network infrastructure using SolarWindsDiagnosing and resolving network issues to maintain system uptimeEscalating technical problems to engineering when necessaryInteracting with internal and external clients professionally to identify and resolve incidentsDocumenting issues and resolutions in the ticketing system according to Incident Management Procedures
Qualifications & Skills
Associate's Degree / Technical Certification in Computer Science or related field, or 1-2 years of network operations experienceExperience with Cisco equipment preferredCCENT Cisco Certification is a plusStrong troubleshooting and multitasking skillsSecurity-minded approach to network managementProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
