Network Operations Analyst (Tier 2)

CyberLinx Solutions is seeking a skilled Network Operations Analyst (Tier 2) to support, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network and infrastructure systems. This role serves as the escalation point from Tier 1 and is responsible for resolving complex network, connectivity, and systems issues while ensuring uptime and performance across the environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network and infrastructure performance and respond to alerts
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, and routing issues
• Administer core services including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory
• Escalate complex incidents to Tier 3 when required
• Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions
• Assist with patching, upgrades, and maintenance windows
