Network L3 lead engineer

Lead Network engineering and operational support across Cisco LAN/WAN, advanced routing and switching, wireless, and multi-cloud environments. Operate Aviatrix Transit, Spoke Gateway, multi-cloud peering, and cloud security architectures.

Lead Network engineering and operational support across Cisco LAN/WAN, advanced routing and switching, wireless, and multi-cloud environments. Own complex incident escalation, technical standards, infrastructure optimization, and network reliability. Drive Aviatrix-based connectivity across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor L1/L2 network engineers through technical guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Resolve complex network incidents as the primary escalation point within service-level agreements.
• Architect and optimize Cisco LAN/WAN environments across multi-site enterprise networks.
• Engineer routing, switching, wireless, segmentation, quality of service, and SD-WAN solutions.
• Operate Aviatrix Transit, Spoke Gateway, multi-cloud peering, and cloud security architectures.
• Maintain runbooks, standard operating procedures, technical documentation, capacity plans, and disaster recovery processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Cisco enterprise networking
• 5+ years of experience with Advanced expertise in BGP routing
• Hands-on experience with Aviatrix Controller
