    Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer

The infrastructure team supports secure, reliable connectivity across corporate, cloud, and business-critical environments. This role works closely with network, cloud, security, and application teams to strengthen network resilience, scalability, performance, and security.

    • Contract assignment from August 3, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
    • Onsite work in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
    • Exposure to hybrid-cloud networking across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and on-premises environments.
    • Opportunity to contribute to network architecture improvements, automation initiatives, and enterprise infrastructure reliability.
    • Participation in an on-call rotation supporting critical network services.

    How You Will Make An Impact

    • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN and WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless technologies, and SD-WAN solutions.
    • Support daily network operations, including incident resolution, change implementation, performance monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
    • Proactively identify and resolve network bottlenecks, outages, configuration issues, and reliability risks.
    • Assist with network architecture improvements that enhance scalability, availability, security, and operational efficiency.
    • Support the integration of on-premises infrastructure with AWS and Google Cloud environments.
    • Configure and maintain cloud VPN tunnels, hybrid connectivity, VPC networking, routing, security groups, and access controls.
    • Monitor network health using enterprise monitoring and diagnostic platforms.
    • Maintain accurate network diagrams, configuration records, troubleshooting procedures, and operational documentation.
    • Collaborate with cloud, security, infrastructure, and application teams on connectivity requirements and technical implementations.
    • Support network automation initiatives using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools where applicable.
    • Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical network infrastructure.

    Are You an Experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer Ready to Make an Impact?

    • Approximately 10 or more years of experience in network infrastructure, network engineering, or enterprise IT operations.
    • Active CCNP certification is required.
    • CCIE certification is preferred.
    • Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN environments, routers, switches, firewalls, and production network operations.
    • Advanced experience with Cisco Catalyst switches, ISR routers, Meraki, DNA Center, or comparable enterprise networking technologies.
    • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, NTP, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, and VPN technologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using command-line tools, packet analysis, monitoring platforms, and structured root-cause investigation.
    • Familiarity with SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, Dynatrace, or similar monitoring and diagnostic tools.
    • Exposure to AWS or Google Cloud networking, including VPCs, VPNs, routing, security groups, and hybrid connectivity.
    • Experience with SD-WAN technologies such as Cisco Viptela or Meraki is preferred.
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow or another IT service management platform.
    • Knowledge of ITIL-based incident, change, and problem-management practices.
    • Exposure to Python, PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform is beneficial.
    • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Google Associate Cloud Engineer certification is beneficial.
    • Strong documentation, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work onsite in Bridgewater, New Jersey five days per week.
    • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond effectively during critical infrastructure incidents.
