Summary
The Company is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and enhance complex global network infrastructure and communication systems. This role is responsible for defining network strategies, developing secure and scalable solutions, supporting enterprise messaging environments, and providing advanced technical expertise for network operations. The position works closely with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and customers to ensure reliable, efficient, and secure network services that support organizational objectives.
Responsibilities- Define network business requirements and implement effective global network strategies.
- Design secure network solutions that maximize the sharing of applications, information, and resources across the organization.
- Design, manage, and support global network infrastructure environments.
- Drive the planning, design, and architecture of complex global data network infrastructure.
- Plan and architect Global IT Data Center infrastructure solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to procure network-related hardware, software, and services.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve network problems, inefficiencies, and performance issues.
- Create and communicate network roadmaps and technical recommendations to support business needs.
- Evaluate, test, recommend, and implement network technologies and solutions.
- Research emerging network technologies and provide recommendations based on future business requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance of network hardware and software while ensuring compatibility across communication systems.
- Provide ongoing updates to leadership, customers, and peers regarding infrastructure health, improvements, innovations, and secure network solutions.
- Test, configure, and deploy operating systems, software updates, service packs, upgrades, and hot fixes.
- Integrate messaging platforms with wireless technologies and support messaging delivery strategies.
- Analyze and improve messaging performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Support, modify, maintain, and update network hardware and messaging software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues involving integrated data processing and communication solutions.
- Perform research, operational studies, design reviews, and technical briefings with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance, recommendations, and support to customers and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain documentation to support ongoing maintenance of network and messaging systems.
- Conduct technical analysis, prepare reports, and support project implementation activities.
- Establish network priorities aligned with short-term and long-term business goals.
- Perform complex testing and analysis of network facilities and infrastructure.
- Provide advanced technical support on complex integration issues and serve in a lead role on larger projects.
- Establish project plans, contribute to business cases, budgets, schedules, and documentation of work results.
- Support the use of protocol analyzers and network testing equipment.
- Contribute to the development of innovative and cost-effective technical solutions.
- Provide consulting services for the analysis and design of complex integrated systems and communication solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure team members receive adequate training for assignments.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in technical processes, reporting, analysis, and project execution.
Education Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
- Experience supporting complex network integration projects and communication solutions.
- Experience working with global network environments and data center infrastructure.
Required Skills- Advanced knowledge of network architecture, infrastructure design, and network operations.
- Strong understanding of secure network solutions and enterprise communication systems.
- Experience with network testing, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of operating systems, software deployment, upgrades, service packs, and hot fixes.
- Experience working with network hardware, software, and messaging platforms.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical network solutions.
- Experience developing technical documentation, reports, and project-related deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $76.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
