Seeking an experienced technical leader to oversee Outside Plant (OSP) fiber network operations, ensuring reliable connectivity and vendor execution.
Responsibilities include providing technical direction for fiber deployment, maintenance, and fault restoration, reviewing testing results, validating splicing activities, supporting network expansions, and managing incident response.
Must own operational domains, ensure work quality and safety standards, document assets, and coordinate with engineering teams.
Minimum qualifications: 7+ years supporting large-scale OSP fiber infrastructure, strong understanding of optical testing and splicing, and vendor management experience.
Preferred qualifications: 10+ years experience, knowledge of optical components, SLA management, incident response, GIS documentation, and emerging AI integration skills.
