Key Responsibilities
- Implement and review engineering plans for communication systems.
- Develop and manage program schedules and tasks.
- Create communication materials for senior leadership.
- Document engineering processes and solutions.
- Support fast-moving programs in a high-pressure environment.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in contact center environments.
- Strong technical experience in voice and data communication solutions.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 10 years of relevant experience.
