Ideal Candidate:

Network Engineer with strong LAN/WAN expertise combined with AV-over-IP experience supporting Teams Rooms, video conferencing, digital signage, and enterprise collaboration environments

Experience: 8 10+ Years

Key Skills (Mandatory):

• Network Administration (LAN/WAN)
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN
• Routing & Switching
• Cisco/Juniper/Palo Alto Technologies
• Network Monitoring (SolarWinds, Wireshark)
• Teams, Zoom, Webex Support

AV Skills Required:

• AV over IP (AVoIP)
• Dante, NDI, AES67 Protocols
• Video Conferencing & Unified Communications
• Digital Signage & Video Wall Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure and AV systems.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, and connectivity issues.
• Support IP-based AV solutions and collaboration platforms.
• Administer switches, routers, servers, and wireless devices.
• Monitor performance and resolve network bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for escalated issues.
