Perform network checks in support of CORA readiness assessments.
Deliver on project scope and schedule as defined in the contract statement of work.
Conduct customer training and respond to customer questions within 8 business hours.
Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues to the Project Manager or Lead Engineer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirements and propose solutions aligned with client business and security needs.
